Oh Max, where do I begin.

You are the FOURTH producer to cold call contact me in the past 11 1/2 months - none of which became fruitful. I could dig into my e-mails and send you my last response a few months ago to another UK producer person (and never even heard a thanks for answering - even if my answer was certainly over the top - as this one will be).

But, I won't. I'll treat you as if this contact is different.

Of course, from the internet - much can be learned about both of our ideas and works - I've read this of yours http://www.pbshowfolio.com/maxdinunno - so, of course I know you are serious and have talent. Me however I doubt you have a handle on via either my Kindle Books - http://www.amazon.com/-/e/B008A1L2EY - my esoteric blog -http://theheavystuff.com or my nearly 800 post UFO blog - http://ufodisclosurecountdownclock.blogspot.com.

That said, I can relate to recruiting content - especially quality content or thinking.

So, let me try to relate the best answer to your inquiry and how I personally could or could not possibly help your search and potential TV show.

First, I note your `in advance' notification about respecting the `experiencer' - I think I should tell you THEY ALL SAY THAT. Oh, and NO ONE DOES IT --------- as the ideas of the powers that be in TV ultimately shape the outcome of the content and it isn't a pretty picture. I could tell you stories about TV producers - well, actually I'm pretty sure I TELL a story in this interview I gave to Kate Valentine on January 18th, 2013 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVVFkQeCQ30. It's not a pretty picture of their intelligence. My insults of which don't go over well.

Now, to the reality of your desires to produce a real valid respectful TV show about the ParaNormal - and your executive desires to make sure that NOT TOO MANY folks take it too seriously at the end of the program.

Anyway, the way I COULD help you would be - of course - I have contacts with folks who have had VERY paranormal experiences. I myself have had very anomalous experiences and perceptions. I know others in the blogging arena who know WAY more of these folks than I do - but, I DO know some of the best IMO. Including the `Jerusalem Orb' guy and the `Cute Feather Orb' woman. .................... But, in all honesty, my input about my ideas about the anomalous would strip any other attribute I could provide.........and I know you have no interest in a talking head who is talking big time sense about what are the REAL UFO issues............... You could dig into the last couple hundred posts on UDCC to find out more about what the real issues are.

Oh, BTW, the issues are NOT about alien abduction, which is being more discredited all the time as a `real' event - in the phenomenological structure. Indeed, the premise is a turn off on the face of it. IF you want to read about `alien encounters' look in my sidebar at UDCC http://www.ufoinfo.com/humanoid/index.shtml here's a few thousand for you. And, what similarities do you see?

NIDS already did the `scientific' side of `alien contact' - the results of your `science' angle will be the same. And, you will still not have a smidgen of insight into the real slippery slope of now and real which is MUCH more complex that having already primed ET experiencers proving this or that -- or much more likely the editing will show no proof of anything. Of course.

So, I'm a tougher cookie. I COULD help you, but, have less than any faith that even the premise of your show is going to work. Indeed, MAX, the REAL thing is that some of us, IMO, are kinda `getting it' --- about anomalous phenomena - which includes as part of it UFO's and their whole perception structure. I even have a close new contact, a radio engineer who insists that ET's communicate via Modulated Gravity Waves. But, why should I subject them to a show that will ultimately be targeted at either the wo-wo factor or nutcase factor. And with NO analysis of the subjective nature of what may be occurring.

Sorry to express what many in the paraNormal area are currently feeling about the TV medium.

June 17th - CE-5 Contact "Amazing" - (Latest MUFON Reports)

As regular readers know around here - I have strongly mixed feelings about Dr. Steven Greer's involvement with the whole UFOlogy saga - especially the `Disclosure' movement of comrades. That said, and like Carlos Castaneda before him, his CE-5 protocol --- to him the calling of extraterrestrial beings, most likely has some substance behind his concepts for what is occurring. THAT SAID, IMO - he is most likely over-reaching what his CE-5 `accomplishes' (like the first alien picture he claimed to take who was wearing boots).

Nonetheless, like Dean Clark, P.Garcia and any number of other `Orb Callers' that have been featured on UDCC - the concept of `calling the anomalous' - is bearing fruit over and over for folks of a certain ilk. ............... Believers in their own methodology that initiates a real phenomenological event for observation. Think of it as reverse QM (Quantum Mechanics) -- in that by seeking to observe - it `changes' into visible format.

Anyway, this brief report from the latest MUFON reports, demonstrates the euphoric effect of such a discovery that one is really a magician on a scale that is hard to conceive possible.

The Face Value Of `Lights In The Sky'

Today's post will be more in the speculative range I assume. I'm starting with the premise that some of the anomalous lights in our skies are indeed - anomalous. Anomalous in the sense that they are `generated' not by humans - but by something of the great unknown. Let's further assume, perhaps stupidly, that the `lights' want to `show us something' ------ namely `themselves'.

So, now are left with a stunning array of DIFFERENT looking lights - from white balls of light high in the sky, that move or don't move - to other colors that seemingly due the same thing but with the colored balls sometimes a bit closer to Earth level. Sometimes these `balls' of light seemingly `form strings' of material, sometimes these `segments' even have rainbow like colors within each `showing'. These extensive balls/cubes/strings of lights can be even illicit the description as Space Worms or Sky Symbols. Humans like to look at fancy things.

And, perhaps, some of these balls of light have additional `programming' to move or drop or even to drop other balls of light. And, the big kahuna - the `lights' can form into some sort of continuum that allows the `interior' of that `triangle space' to  SHOW a perception of a Triangle Craft. An impossibly low, impossibly slow moving, impossible to NOT have been seen by others both before your human sightings and after - Craft of some sort. (As we describe things that appear to be solid and moving as crafts when they appear in the sky.)

BUT, what IF, it is all about NOTHING more than `generating perceptions' within humans or even OTHER conscious beings on or near Earth. That SOMETHING `on the other side' has the ability to make projections INTO our perception structure. Something, that in my opinion (IMO) might seemingly be `becoming smarter, or `better' at making these projections into our reality spaces. (Yes, perhaps even human dreaming.)

Now, `the other side' could be ANY number of things from dead human consciousness evolving - to contact with `non now spaces' of any nature. And, yes, the `other side' may represent nothing more than blips or even intentional blips in the `programming' designed to tweek the human sense of wonder - the Fortean explanation.

So, to wrap up this little exercise - the images that could be projected as perceptions to humans - may be evolving in complexity and perhaps even with the ability to suggest a `proto-real' substance. IF these type of perceptions can be `climbed into' from the other side - what is `released here' - may account for all kinds of `alien contact'.

Often this blog is inspired on the run by what is found at the latest MUFON reports in the morning or whenever I check it. I expected today to see a TON of `red light' type reports (often are Chinese Lanterns) and wow was it full of it. Tons of silent slow moving red lights that went out one by one last night. Enough of that.

And, as I alluded to a couple days ago - MUFON is a great resource and also a potential resource for the `kooks' - and is obviously a characteristic the MUFON personnel  have to sort out too. This report of aliens submitted on the 30th falls into that camp IMO.

Weve talked before I have solid evidence now that I am in direct contact and can proof it.n I went to Vegas and delivered a letter to my Alien friends. I found them there and when I returned they acknowledged that they would honor my request by telling me on wgn then on midnight on Dec. 20th they made contact with me. I can verify all of this with computer log with my company and with wgn. I talked to the woman in Florida assigned to my case. I documented my hole trip on film and I can believe I can scare the day lights out of you now I probably understand with our last conversation that you probably wont do anything, I really dont care if you dont because I know the truth and Ill handle it on my own from now on. I asked my alien friends to show up at midnight and I have the documentation on computer log showing that they did as I asked over two months ago which I posted on youtube. I know there my friends if you would like to talk further I would welcome it but it doesnt matter because sooner or later you will hear from us one way or another Please contact me if you like Im very serious Im sorry that your not if we work together my friends may come out sooner. Bizarre Hysteria, And, All With `Proof'?

I'm a bit shaken at the bizarreness (add to dictionary, lol) of today's `Latest MUFON Reports, and shortly you will see why; as I have found THREE reports of these 20 UFO reports that clearly stand out from the norm I typically bring to Clockers. (Bizarre as that is.)

First, August 1994 - Las Vegas, Nevada and a very special rock:

I was abducted August 13, 1994 and I went back to the same spot and then went to where it hovered where a Indian escorted me to where the craft damaged the ground. I filmed the area and then pointed the camera at the hole and I believe I was abducted right there. I have this all on video along with my stor yyou will believe if you can analyze my video frame by frame you will believe. I dont know what to do the oAliens took me as there friends and only wish to help. I want to share my story but not to expose them. They gave me a very special rock that seems to have been burnnt and petrified. Not to be outdone, comes this strange `official' type of report from Plano, Illinois:
On October 26, 2012 at 8:39pm this com center now reporting its third Alien contact this year. Two UFO entities sighted by our infra-red cameras spotted Northwest of Radio Station Tower 107.1 (Spy) (Larry Nelson Enterprises). Maneuvers performed were not of USA capabilities. Followed by FEMA type vehicles with markings that can only be read by infra-red cameras on Creek Road, Plano, Illinois. Which was then followed by a three second quadrant blackout. We have ascertained that power outage was that of cause by Alien contact because our air to air equipment recorded a major air electrical dump at that time. If it were of power line failure - our air equipment could not have recorded it.

MUFON Report Strangeness - Continues - And INCLUDES Aliens

Hello Clockers and newbies to UDCC, thanks for visiting again today or for having an interest in `UFOlogy' (notice the quotes). Today's look into the latest MUFON files once again is nearly overwhelming - check out the highlights below:

1) A SILENT dirigible-like craft (but with no wings or stabilizers) - On Nov. 16th near Medina Ohio - this report reminded me of that failed UFO that the military was caught launching earlier in the year near Akron. Are they up to it again? (you can probably find it by googling this site in the google search box at the bottom of this posting).

2) Or, how about an ALIEN encounter in Connecticut in February of this year - a tease of a VERY long description:
The entity glowed a dull grey-blue and if I remember correctly the moon was shining so there was some visibility as far as light is concerned. The strange thing was the entity uniformly glowed the dull grey-blue everywhere as if it were naked and had no cloths on. I mean if it were blue-grey skin due to the moonlight, the entire entity would not have been that color due to the fact that it should have been wearing clothing of some type if it were human. No clothing was noticed on the creature. I am not new to UFO and alien reports due to earlier sightings I have experienced and subsequent research, but the over-sized head, skinny legs and arms, large eyes were not present on this creature normally attributed to "grays". In fact the entity seemed much more human-like in form, athletic, intense, focused, at the ready, aggressive in posture. I did not notice any eyes on the creature in the grey-blue haze that was its form yet I could tell it was staring directly at me in a sort of stand-offish way like two animals in the wild that are infringing on each others terrain. After locking eyes or glances for three seconds as if I had stumbled upon this entity and it was surprised to see me there or as if it was waiting for me and that I had noticed it too soon and been too alert, the entity very athletically turned and ran full speed into the woods at about a ninety degree angle to the line connecting our paths. I heard the bushes rustle as the creature took off into the woods and also another sound to my immediate left that sounded like a dear going through the woods by the size of the sound as if it were chasing after the entity

On November 18, 2011, I was being driven back from Austin Texas after receiving medical care for my leg on East Sam Houston Pkwy. Prior to crossing the Houston Ship-Channel, and when I looked into the mirror on the outside of the Buick Rendevous, I noticed a bright light in the sky. I didn’t think too much about it then because I figured it was the front lights of an airplane. A few moments later, however, I noticed the same bright glowing light at my 1500 position, and I the told driver to look at it as well.


It stayed motionless for about 30 seconds , then very quickly shot ahead and maintained it’s position at the new location. Distance gained in this very quick “jump” was in my calculated opinion, approximately 20 - 30 miles. As we traveled, we kept maintaining visual contact on the object and once we reached Pasadena and got off the highway, we kept going south with our eyes still on target, where it was in the south-western part of the sky in the direction of Hobby Airport, where it appeared to be hovering and maintaining it’s position.


At the intersection of Southmore and Preston in Pasadena, we pulled over into a parking lot to observe it more. It was at this location as well, that I called the Pasadena Police Dept. telling them of the craft. The dispatcher then said that he would notify the patrol cars on the street.


Within five minutes of placing this call, three air force planes were seen in the vicinity of the craft, and at the same time, the search lights from Ellington Airforce Base, were scanning the sky. The searchlights lasted for only a few moments, as I believe they did not want to alarm the populace due to the fact that I believe that most people, when seeing search-lights, would instinctively look to where they were pointing.


When the Air Force planes arrived (C-5, and C-17, plus an unidentifiable high altitude plane which appeared to be signaling with a very bright white light (pulsing,) the craft descended in position, after emitting a very bright white light around itself. It was here, that you could discern the shape of the craft. It was triangular in nature. With a reddish/orange circular light located at the top left position of the craft. At this time also, another man was coming out of the pawn shop on the corner, and asked what we were doing, and we pointed up to where the craft was. He was on the phone with his girlfriend and was telling her about the triangle he was now observing. Another man came out of the pawnshop, and asked what we were looking at, and when he saw it, he first said “that’s a cell phone tower,” but when it moved, and he saw the triangle shape, he got pretty nervous and went back into the pawn shop.


After the aforementioned search- lights came on, and the planes arrived, the craft quickly disappeared, then reappeared. From one of the planes, there appeared to be a giant signaling light which was pulsating sporadically, as if it was trying to communicate with the craft. This plane was stationary, while the other two planes maintained a circling position, which I estimate to have been at about just outside of a mile from the craft.


Then, with a very quick “jump,” the craft changed positions and was in the south-eastern sky approximately 20 – 25 miles away, with the Air Force following to it’s new coordinates. As we followed the direction it was going, it would suddenly disappear, and reappear at another location, seemingly using a N,W,E,S coordinate grid.


We drove around the city looking for it, and when we would finally re-locate it, we would drive in the direction that we last saw it. This continued for quite some time, and wherever the craft went, the airforce planes were in that location. One plane, higher up, continued pulsating a white signaling light the entire time as well.


For a little while, we lost visual due to it’s sporadic nature of travel, but then we finally re-located it again, while driving along a road parallel to south interstate 45. We could see the craft in the sky due east of Pasadena (Red Bluff Road- Genoa Red Bluff). We then followed it to an intersection, where we observed it moving again due east, with one military craft about a mile behind it, and another circling back to join the same direction as the first. We then followed it in the direction it went, and after that, both the craft and the planes disappeared out of sight. Interview With Orb Caller OrionIFO - AKA Phil Coseski

I trust that you have had an opportunity to view my website at http://ufodisclosurecountdownclock.blogspot.com - and while I'm sure you haven't become familiar with it - as I haven't with your website - at least you can get a flow of how I've handled your June 30th video. As I've said, I've covered at least one if not more of your videos before on UDCC.

Ok, my first question is - if the craft/orb appears near the same spot every time - why not set up in that location or walk towards the orb as it is out/on?
1) the craft generally appear in the same area which is right over some heavily forested woods, and to walk back into those woods at night is not cool, because there are coyotes back there! so I will not venture back there for that reason. what you see as orbs around the craft are a result from the molecular plasma light and clouds generated by the core of the ship's drive.

2) How is it you are in contact with the entities that display to you? Is it all mental or is some indeed a physical contact?

Sorry Rick just too much to swallow. This interview raised more questions than likely ever to be solved. We have “The Galactic Federation” and “The Andromeda Council” along with Alfred Webre all producing contradictory ramblings. So now we add this guy to the list. What I find amazing is that there is no verifiable evidence apart from the odd vid of an object that usually is only seen by the one person.



Rick, if you know the exact location of Phil’s regular sightings check out Google Earth, it will give a bird’s eye view of the woods (excluding coyotes) and will show the topography of the land.


I bet if you or I or in fact anyone else had a regular sighting we would have an army of mates and friends in attendance to share the experience.


It’s all about proof, tangible proof that will swing people’s opinion and the above don’t seem to be grasping that.


Still Rick I enjoy your blogs (even if I don’t always agree with them) looking forward to the next instalment.

I always enjoy your thought out opinions - and - ufo disclosure is NOT a popularity contest - with IMO no points of view having a corner on the `truth' - including my own. That is of course one reason why I provide a spectrum of views on UDCC. To me, it's as much to show that MANY ideas might be brnging bits of the truth to bare.
Now, to specifics of the interview. I wanted to have someone respond WITHOUT my influence and you have done that - thanks. I would have had to throw out my opinion of the `answers' if I didn't give everyone a chance to read the interview without my reaction.
First, like you, I find bits of the interview tough to swallow at face value. That said, I must be MUCH more impressed than you are with the sheer quantity of videos that Phil has. Nearly ALL of this same high strangeness Orb phenomena.
As you see and I bet guessed before ever reading my comment here - I am less than convinced that Phil is in actual contact with an ascended being from a particular location.
That said, I do NOT find it impossible that some entities could indeed be or ascend into states of mindfulness, before or after death, that might resemble the interchanges that Phil is having with a being of some sort. Additionally, the fact that Phil is a long time TM person also has traction with me; regardless if the majority of my UDCC `science' oriented audience might `believe'.
But, yes, to your point, the various Federations and Councils is LAUGHABLE to me too. I think I air out the Exo-politics folks laundry often here at UDCC and attempt in my own manner to bring a mockery tone to it. BUT, that said, I do think that the Exo-politics folks are role playing, at least some of them, and using the Exo movement to bring awareness to a multitude of `issues' the least of which is our out of control `defense' budget of the USA.
Next, again, you are correct IMO that NOT having an interest in `spreading the news' via friends or via regular news hounds -- lessens the `CONFIRMED' aspect of these sightings and videotapings. THAT said, I don't honestly think this guy is some scam artist putting up ..... well.....ART into the sky. I do believe that this guy thru obviously less than obvious means is `calling' willing or `intending' these perceptions or spaces into existence. I mean that.
I also have to say that the `reason' for NOT getting closer to the action OR for setting up nearer the action ----- sounded strange and not true to my ears too. In my understanding, coyotes would RUN from people unless one happened upon mothers nest or encoutered a rabid one. Which, compared to the advantage of getting closer to the action would seem to be a reasonable `risk' to take. I simple didn't ring true.


That said, maybe Phil didn't give the answer I suspect because it might sound too goofy. Like, maybe this arrangement (of distance) with the Orbs is one that Phil and the `Orb space' - have an understanding about. As weird as that sounds.
Next, your point is well taken that why doesn't SOMEONE ELSE in Phil's immediate area report or videotape THESE Orbs while they are occurring. But, while well taken, the actual location and serious limitation to occurring for only a couple minutes at a time - COULD preclude other vids or even seeing.
I'm with you also SOL that IF this was happenning to me, I would want the news into the media. BUT, that said, IF I really believed the voices in my brain and evolved external experiences that evidently Phil has been able to evolve for individual contact, then I would NOT go public - just like Phil --- so, to me, IMO, it is NOT weird and is understandable.
I also hope you compared Phils Orbs and the one from Russia on the day before post OR to most any of the ORB views of the past year or so. Something is seemingly developing at least for some folks.


Something that is able to display itself in relation to human intentions. Intentions that could have been cultivated by Phil's mindful TM states IMO. And, the `response mechinism' for Phil has adopted this `space identification' for Phil to respond to too.
How's that for a garble? LOL.
Indeed, no one has the truth and it's funny that so few realize it. However, IMO, Phil's experiences, especially with SO much PROOF and and so little interest to take it public - makes it even more likely that the events themselves are dependent on NOT having it be TOO public of a display. (IMO because so much is tied to Phil's intentions himself.)
Still with me? LOL.
Anyway, with some tongue in cheek, since Phil has ascess to answers from the Unknown - and seemed willing to supply at least some `surprising' answers to me - why not utilize this forum to ask the biggest of questions and see what kind of answer the Entities give to Phil?
I will speak to other answers and the post in specifics soon. Thanks for starting that process SOL. AND, I assume that Phil will address your points, but, perhaps not.
Finally, IF the aliens wanted to keep it all under the lid and in the backwoods - ascention to UDCC may have nipped that in the bud. Or, perhaps, two plus years of Phil'c contact has been `choosen' to go to the public via UDCC's ongoing efforts to get the Orb Phenomena recognized as the real UFO in our atmosphere in 99 percent of the perceptions.
Lastly, I know Phil `takes the heat' on nearly every post he makes - he walks the walk. And, I hope he continues his interactions here.
